  • Interesting presentation and points - didnt humans make breads and other corn - millet - grain products for last 10000 years> and farming is what stopped the nomad life.? How do legumes fit into paleo ideas? Just curious - Ive seen this before - yet struggle a bit with the concepts.

No dis respect intended just seek better undertanding.

  • @GRCivDef The way bread was made thousands of years ago was extremely different to how it is made today, and the overall consumption of grains are far greater than what it would have been thousands of years ago, which hosts another area for concern.

  • @Chrisisms *sigh* Even if meat was always acidifying, which again it's not, we have a MASSIVE acid base buffer. You also never answered me on how eating grass-fed organic beef causes cancer. The research you're posting is on the autonomic nervous system, the oxidative system can be your dominant system. But if you don't believe in metabolic typing-which you don't, this debate is going to go in circles. Also your only way to argue my points is to take snippets out of entire sentences.

  • I 'm a Native American and my people lived the paleo life style for over 10 thousand years and only in the past 100 years we have been forced to live on the western diet. We lived long healthy lives when we were paleo , now we suffer with our health and definitely live shorter lives. If I could just get other natives to listen to me and follow this diet my people would be much healthier.

  • weird humans only lived to 30 if they were lucky when on the paleo diet but all of a sudden jumped to 40 when they started eating sprouted grains, just saying.

  • Sorry, couldn't even get halfway through this video...what's the point of putting text to music? I could read a blog faster, without the annoying music:) Just sayin'

  • @valgez1 I hardly ever eat meat if ever , im healthy so far and have been for a long time .Nore do i eat grains and rice that offten if ever , once in a while i do . Im a sprouted nuts and vegie fruite person and feel the best when eating those foods.

  • @shampoo02 Neither do I like the sight of guts, but liver and heart look not bad - raw liver is disgusting to eat, but raw beef heart - not bad. Strange, but, for some reason, I don't like the sight of others on Youtube eating raw meat. May be it's a savage instinct like "It's myyyy meaaat !!!"

  • @valgez1 LOL , I could never eat raw meat . To tell you the truth I dont even like the sight of guts and organs.

  • @shampoo02 Mac and cheese and pizza ? What a crap food! Never enjoyed that shit. While you're eating it you do really enjoy the taste. But, afterwards, I always regret having eaten it because of a desire to puke evrth up - it's just stuck in stomach - like some alien substance - gross... BUT, piece of a raw beef goes absorbed reaaal weeeell :-)

  • @datzfast Oh and by the way have a little trichinella on me as the Paleo diet states meat should be undercooked because heating or charing burning of any meat creates more carcengens which cause cancer . So good luck with all that , Peace out!!
