Icebreaker Baacode Grower - Middlehurst Station

Icebreaker Baacode lets you trace your garment back through the transparent supply chain to the farms that grew the merino fibre it was made from. This is a video from one of our stations in the Southern Alps of New Zealand.
"I grew up at Halfway Bay, near Queenstown. I started working on a dairy farm straight from school, then as a shepherd. I think women shepherds are becoming more common now. I had a stint as a zookeeper in Christchurch, but it didn't go too well because it was in the city. I met Willy when we were both working in Central Otago. It's awesome to have our own farm now, especially because it's very, very healthy stock country." - Susan Macdonald
