Suzi has an honours degree in economics from Canterbury and a PhD in Economics from Havard. Suzi has been Director and Senior Fellow of Motu Economic and Public Policy Research since November 1998 after returning to New Zealand after an extensive period of study and work in the US. Suzis current work involves theoretical analysis, simulation modelling, econometric analysis and policy design. Examples of recent work include investigating domestic and international emissions trading issues, domestic carbon permit market design, and nutrient trading in Lake Rotorua.

The Event: A facilitated panel discussion brought to you by the Environment Insitute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ). Five speakers participated and their presentations have been posted to our channel.
The facilitator is Dr Morgan Williams, an Honorary Fellow of EIANZ and former NZ Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment.
