I have noticed that the government keeps coming to these areas and asking people to surrender illeagal arms. But what are they supposed to do when the same government after disarming them leaves them vulnerable to attack? They will keep rearming themselves as long as the government keeps ignoring them. Either provide more securtiy or provide training.
