Cruz-Romo did her best singing starting in about 1980. I always liked her. She does have a bit of a war cry at the last phrase in this recording.

very good and she keeps the repeat engaging as well . normally i hate this cabaletta, i think its one of the more uninspired ones that verdi wrote, but she keeps it exciting.
