I like that song & I have the same problem A beloved tape I got in SF in 1992 and ALWAYS kept safe for future identification found so far Paupa new guinea, Charly, feel it ( Don't jerk it) by Coco steel & lovebomb. Its tedious but I just comb threw all the video's reading comments and sample songs on i tunes, best of luck!
The funny thing about searching for old tracks like this is that it will probably be a b side of some shitty dance track that a decent dj or producer made to fill the track up with.
This sounds like a larry heard track so you may get lucky searching him.
