A chemical processing facility manager sustains an injury as a result of negligence and improper use of a industrial liquid transfer pump. Water flow through a 1.5" hose is obstructed with a food-grade silicone sphere. Pressure builds behind the blockage until sufficient to expel the sphere at tremendous velocity. What a dumbass.
