Ingredients:
8 cups or 2 quart milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice (for making paneer)
1 tablespoon sliced almonds or pistachio for garnishing

  • can i add in the sugar,pista ,cardamom pwd n saffron while the milk is boiling..so that every thing mingles 2 have a good flavor n taste........plz advise me soon bcoz i have 2 do it today for diwali

    Need to add the sugar at the time it is suggested but you can add the pista, cardamom powder and saffron at same time while you are adding sugar.

  • Thank you so much Manjula Aunty!! Yesterday was Vijaya Dashami and I tried this dessert... It turned out to be awesome!! Instead of pistachio, I used sliced almonds as I din't have pistachio... but it din't matter... My husband was surprised and appreciated a lot!!! Thanks again for making my day!!

  • this looks yummy but have no clue what it would taste like :(, can anyone tell me what that green sweet is called (i know that doesnt help) but its kinda crumbles and tastes like pistashio, they sell it in indian/pakistani sweet shops :(
