Carsonified is Hiring!

We're looking for someone to be the Marketing Manager at Carsonified.com. We offer amazing benefits, including a 4-day week with full pay, your own iPhone and Mac, and free lunch everyday. In return, we're looking for someone who is *amazing* :)

The job breaks down into three different parts (which are all connected):

1. Marketing all our events
2. Managing ThinkVitamin.com
3. Managing the community surrounding our events / sites

Marketing all our events
====================

We need someone who has at least two solid years of experience with online marketing. This includes:

* Google Analytics
* A/B and Multivariate Testing
* Campaign and goal tracking
* Email newsletters and tracking clicks and goals
* Social media: Twitter, Facebook, etc

Managing ThinkVitamin.com
====================

Our primary marketing tool is ThinkVitamin.com. We produce great quality content for web designers and developers and then let them know about our upcoming conferences and events (all our events are aimed at web designers and developers).

We're looking for someone to manage the site, which includes:

* Commissioning articles (publishing once a day)
* Editing features
* Moderating comments and feedback
* Growing readership

Managing the community surrounding our events / sites

Carsonified is *dedicated* to the web community. We want Carsonified to be in the centre of that community: leading, uniting, encouraging it. Practically, this means you'll be:

* Thinking of exciting and fun things to do
* Managing the @carsonified Twitter account and responding to anyone who mentions @carsonified
* Organising the occasional community meetup in London, Bristol or elsewhere
* Commenting on blog posts that mention Carsonified or our events
* In general, being very visible on social media sites

Summary:

We're looking for someone who is fun, creative and knowledgeable. We travel quite a bit for our events (Miami, London, NYC, LA, Austin, and more) so you'll need to love traveling.
