Can you tell me why you have never again for windows movie maker. I have this new hd camera and when i record it records in hd but when i edited and uploaded it to youtube it wasnt hd anymore?? Do you have any advice, what am i doing wrong?

@MaiyaCasiano1
Whether it saves to Youtube as HD or not depends on the resolution settings you choose when you save/export your video.
In Windows Movie Maker, the settings are pretty clearly spelled out as to what is HD and what is not.
Good luck. Hope that helps.

Windows Movie Maker turned out a pretty good product, I think. However, I am used to working with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, and those packages just have a level of precision that WMM lacks. WMM is a great FREE piece of software, and for most novice users, I would recommend it. However, if you're an experienced editor, who likes to control every frame with super accuracy, better software is out there.
