It's not designed for metal sounds, fucktards. If you want metal, buy a Diezel or Mesa amp (for example) or something like a metal zone pedal.
You can't criticise the nova for something it's not trying to do. You sound like the twats on harmony central - 'my fender hot rod's distortion is awful for metal therefore i think this amp is shit!' - buy a fucking metal amp then you spazz, something designed for that!
The nova system is shit hot at what it's designed to do and sounds fantastic.

Line 6 ain't that great when you started seeing what else is out there!!! people shouldn't get hung up on amp sims!!! just get a good amp that you like! not some unit that gives you 30 fake/bad sounding virtual amps

Dude. If only the Nova System took on the Line 6 M13 Stompbox design. That would make instant money overnight.

-

Hi! A friend of mine told me something about a delay on the activation of the effects and drive/dist of this pedal. Is that true?
reizeinr 3 years ago
well sorta....... the deal is. the effect is not activated when you step on the pedal its activated when you release your foot from it. so if you step on say...the drive....and then release your foot when you need the effect then it will be spot on.

Hello my friend, can you run two simultaneous modulations? Example: Flanger + Chorus
PoseidonGuitar 3 years ago
no not really. you can only run one modulation at a time. you can however make a very convicing mild chorus using the detune mode of the pitch bank.
