i've seen that the undead has the highest win percentage on the online stats, are the other races balanced?

Well the game is pretty balanced, but undead can easily win a game with a successful rush. Depending on whos playing rushes can easily be stopped.

do bone golems have any use?

They are very strong and the ability to heal anywhere makes them excellent seige units. 4 golems can take an unprotected city alone and if you cycle them in and out of battle on the front line, you can do a ton of damage.

LOl... I play with sometrhings different, but i think the undead are best, because have a awsome start, and bealty strongh magicians for late game...

For me id probably be undead fallen or ceyah. I hate it when i become shadow its hard for me to manage. also aloba I won a abttle for the first time cause i had 2 pros on my team xD!

Bone golems are best to use after you send a small army to clear out the base defenders then break the walls with the golems. Then rush with your rest of the army. So basically undead is screwed at breaking cities that are heavily gaurded without golems.
