Beautiful. I agree with the previous comment, on the hoop transition from the knees - it's much more graceful than the way I do it. Love.

You have some really sweet transitions here - I LOVE the way you get a hoop back up from your knees!!! I can hoop at the knees a little bit but haven't been able to work it back up yet (doesn't help that I hoop in a pretty long skirt!) but your method is so graceful and smooth..... And the little bits of isolation maneuvers that you toss in between other things - go, girl!
