Theo van Gogh/Ayaan Hirsi Ali: "Submission" pt 1

Short film by Dutch movie maker Theo van Gogh in association with Ayaan Hirsi Ali. The film deals with the opression of women in many Muslim countries. Van Gogh was killed by a Muslim fanatic in 2004 because of the film.
Ayaan Hirsi Ali is planning the second part of the film.
"Submission" is the translation of the Arabic word "Islam".

The Norway killer was just crazy. He didn't say it's about Christianity.

"Islam is the religion in the constitution" well that's the problem! What if someone prefers to be a Christian? Or an Atheist? If everybody loves Sharia why do you need a law? Let the people who love Sharia follow it and the rest be free from religious oppression.

Besides, there are many feminist organizations in KSA struggling for freedoms against the chauvinist Imams.

Certainly you can. However in a "Western/Christian" child abuse is a gross crime and considered a criminal perversion, while in the Islamic world pedophily is part of Islamic culture and legitimized by the Islam. No much wonder, since Mohammed was the firtst CHILD ABUSER!

The point is that you blame it on islam religion and than denie you talk about all islamic people. But islam religion is about islamic people cause the koran can not blow the twin towers up itself, it needs (crazy) people for that. So if you say its about islam religion how come those other millions of muslims did not riot or agree with that? Because its about people, good and bad!

There are millions of people that follow the islamic religion and did not riot or stood behind that. So if the cause is islamic religion why did those people did not feel the same? That does not make any sense.

weren't the people that did it islamic...i never blamed islam all as one you know,the people that did it WERE ISLAMIC PEOPLE the people that did it are to blame,like i literally just said in the comment in regards to the riots i'm not blaming them all,a lot of priests raped children,who is the blame THE priests,not every priests there is,the actual priest that did it themselfs is what i'm trying to say and like i have tried to explain,but the islamic religion is the cause,look at this video!

If you dont think all islamic people are to blame you should not use islamic people as a general term. Cause when you do, you talk about all islamic people and not just the bad ones. In europe alot childmolesting was done by people from the church, even nons took part in that. Thats no reason to say all preachers an nons are bad. But fact stays that alot of them molested childs.

Exactly, than all pedophiles would be blamed and not all white males! You on the other hand want to blame all islamic people and not only the bad and criminal people like pedophiles.
