@jax252000: I found The Easy Way to Quit Smoking at my local book store. It worked for me. Before I smoked my last cigarette, there were tears running down my face, tears of joy knowing that I was finally free of my addiction. An hour after quitting, I found myself at a friend's house, trying to use my rudimentary French to translate for their guests. A couple of days later, I had a few beers while in the presence of smokers. It is now day 24 and feeling good. What do you have to lose?

Thank you so much for your feedback. The alcohol method is not yet available on DVD/video - although this may change in the next 24-36 months. Live seminars are held in London and Birmingham, UK and in Germany

I quit drinking with his other book. Is there a video for this? His book was the best £6 I've ever spent - saves me £20-£50 every day.
