This is the video that is my Halloween Special for 2011, the one that everyone has been waiting patienty for. This one is perhaps as gruesome and as epic it can get with these videos. The plot revolves around Meg Griffin, who is locked up in a Cartoon Network prison following the events of "Bitch Wars". With the help of her cellmate Janice, the two female prisoners manage to kill the prison guard by luring him to the cell and then strangling him with a plastic tie. Then they grab the keys from his pocket and open the cell door as they successfully walk away without being spotted by other guards. After the escape, Meg and Janice team up with some still living Adult Swim characters and plan the most gruesome riot on Cartoon Network in attempt to finally get rid of them for good. Meanwhile, Super Cow after spying on them return to the CN city to warn the others. Cartoon Network, Nebraska is put under a state of emergency as a direct result. The heroes of the city also hire some special characters to help them fight against the evil Adult Swim characters trying to murder them all (some of the characters working with CN in the fight include disney characters and the F.B.I.'s BAU agents).
