Two Incredibly Close Overtakes LC10 WLF Interlink Express YC52 NGN

Going up this steep hill with cars parked in the cycle lane, I often don't acheive more than 10mph meaning that it is legal for vehicles to overtake. But this stretch of road is quite narrow and despite being a good few metres from the kerb and with oncoming traffic these two van drivers still overtake me, one turning in just a few metres up the road. In future when there is oncoming traffic I have resolved to cycle right near the centre of the road for my own safety.

Please don't comment about me being in the doorzone - at this speed I have enough time to see if anyone is in a car before I pass it.
