China should train minorities, women and other third-world country astronauts and send them on the moon before militarists, imperialists, colonialists of this planet repeating their old time cold war glory. China's space program is not for boosting national pride or displaying bureaucratic legitimacy, it should be used to promote Chinese soft power and pursue Chinese ideals like peace, unification, social mobility, meritocratic equalities and efficiency.
