one thing that you seem to be forgetting is that the bush economic policy does not work. what he and all the other CONSERVATIVES in the white house are trying to do by giving big business a break is it initiate the trickle down effect. imagine that the economy is like a pyrmid and water is like money the theory is that if you pour water down a slope some of it will reach the bottom. What would work better is if you poured the money on the bottom first then the bottom will get more water

This State (Michigan) has done so much for this country in the last 100 years. Be it giving a large chunk of the working population in this country jobs in the shops. Or any number of industries that this state has available.

And when we need help, this country, both Democrat and Republican parties have turned their back when we needed them the most. NAFTA is harming Michigan in ways you can not understand, unless you have to see the economic strife everyday.
