I know this game from MBLAQ idol army. They were alot more into then DBSK is. Whats wrong with jae he seems really tense and uncomfortable.

I think the objective is that one person calls out the number of mice in the round. Subsequent players have to quickly say whether they "Got it" or "Missed" (it's up to them). The trick is keeping track of how many of the mice have already been caught (by counting down how many people have already said "I got it") because once the last mouse is caught everyone has to shout "BANZAI!". If someone screws up, they get punished.
(Side note: Wow, why does JJ look so uncomfortable in this clip?)
