Motorized fold down ceiling mount by Inca Corporation

This mount can fold a full-sized flatscreen into a room using less than 12-inches of ceiling space (on average). This unit can fold the TV out of the ceiling, extend it downwards, and then swivel the flatscreen all on remote commands. The external J-box is provided with 25 feet of cable so that the unit can be mounted in a conveniently accessible location. Choices of control options include: dual-channel RF radio remote and a two-motion sensor for touchscreen use.
