Hail storm from Hell on September 11th 2011

We don't ever get hail storms like this here. Usually just really tiny hail, and not that heavy. But this was the most intense hail storm I have ever seen in person! Constant thunder and lightning the whole time, and wind blowing like crazy. This was the kind of storm you see in the Midwest US or something, but not here!

we had some hail this past spring that was golf ball sized, didnt do much damage but we froze 6 of them. luckily i was at work which is 35 miles away and didnt have my truck beat to crap lol

@MossyOak83 I can imagine the kind of damage golf ball sized hail could do! Luckily this hail was light enough that it didn't do much at all other than punch a bunch of holes through the cover over my moms porch swing. ha ha But yeah, I know there are places that get really big hail fairly regularly, but even this marble sized hail was very odd for around here. Usually we just get little tiny smaller than pea size hail.

Sometimes up here in oregon, it hails so much that your deck would of been covered in white, only lasts for like a quick minute then the sun comes out... lol
