That sounds like a clog in the waste toner pipes. The stabilization rod in the back is known to break off and prevent the worm gear from spinning. This can cause waste toner rocks and error code C-2220

@moonman407 Yes, that's exactly what caused this noise. They had to completely replace the back gear. It was difficult to tell the engineers about "this noise" so therefore we made this video.
