@yogafan6500 film obviously wasn't meant to appeal to someone like you. it definitely had its moments
-
@CVargas I think Hulk Hogan dug the dookie out of that guy's pants, threw it at a movie screen, and the result was "No Holds Barred." (With a little left over to make "Mr. Nanny" and "Suburban Commando.")
-
At this time in history (1989), Eddie Murphy's ego was so big it applied for statehood.
-
@gideonblackman Bowfinger was 1999.

I have to agree with his point about "cashin in" in particular that trash of Wizard I remember i almost fell for it. And boi they went at Eddie Murphy hard and this was over 20 years ago ROFL
-
My reaction to 0:56. "FEENY!?"

@humanconvertile Anyone can be wrong. They are not gods.

@CoolerKing37 I actually enjoy watching the Wizard... even if it is the cheesiest film ever made.
-
@the9claw Puh-lease. After your third viewing of The Wizard, you would be BEGGING to go back to listening to these "blowhards".

Who can remember Harlem Nights? Eddie Murphy's heavily fouled-mouth,graphically violent crime flick that also wastes the talents of 2 dead comics Redd Foxx & Richard Pryor. It should have gotten an NC-17 rating for Graphic Language.
@kentkatchem These are only their OPINIONS, that's what they do and people can disagree, but don't call them wrong because you disagree with them. It's not like their words will cause the vanishing of any movie we like.

5:15 " ...tells the story of a 9-year old video game wizard who doesn't talk, but is a genius at the Nintendo controller." cut to kid dying in stage 1-1 of Super Mario 3...lol
