Hey I just waned to let you know this is the best video out there fro explaining charge buffered ultras. You definitely did the community a huge service on this one bro. This one and the other video explaining the use of a back dash while using a charge-buffered ultra #2.
Charge buffering is a seriously sweet way of stepping up your game.

hi, after practice, I managed to do FADC U1 or U2, with both forward dash and back dash, but no matter how hard I try, I can't get how to walk forward a short distance then U1, can you teach me the correct input for that? thanks a lot.

@Balthazar228 Yeap, I saw BIGGAVELLi doing that, really nice and clever. :P
This comment has received too many negative votes show
I wanna say that doing this doesn't help with anything. The fact that there isn't moves that would leave someone in so much negative frames for you to Focus their attack into a ultra. And if someone wiffs move you could always just do a reg dash into ultra which is pretty much the same motion. But other than that your really doing this to look fancy ;)

@UltraScrub I value your opinion but I disagree. I saw a high level Japanese tourney match where a Guile player was locked down in the corner against a Honda player. The Honda player kept pressuring with HH and the Guile player picked up on it and FADC'd the HH into Ultra. I'm just saying that to say that you never know when the opportunity will present itself. It not about being fancy, it's about having options in matches.

this makes NO sense. why on earth would you perform DF, D, DB, B, UB, KKK when that motion is the complete opposite of the correct motion that is required to perform his ultra?
majinshenmue 1 year ago
@majinshenmue There are short cut motions for most inputs in the game and the motion that you listed is one of them. It's called a RTK or Revers Tiger Knee motion. It has to make some sense because it works every time I put it in. lol. You should go to training mode and try it. Thanks for watching.
