Excellent work on all three videos/shoots.
One question: How did you have them moving and still keep your photos sharp with an f6.3?
I'm new to this. I'd like to know because I'd like to try the same kind of setup.

What matters is to kill ambiant light with an high sutter speed. after that the subject is only freezed by the flash(et really high speed)
