Create amazing landscapes with Photoshop! (Tutorial 1)

Hello, welcome to my first youtube channel and also my very first tutorial. Please pause the video at any time if it scrolls through the text too quickly. I am open to learn new techniques and ways to work things differently in photoshop every singe day. I tend to use photoshop on a daily basis, and I'm currently going to school right now for a degree in commercial photography. My goal here is to try to get a fairly large fan base with subscribers, and hopefully apply for a partnership one day. Be sure to subscribe and share my videos! =)

When you look at many of the commercial and stock landscape images out today, you might wonder how such a beautiful landscape could exist. Well, most of the time, these images you see are simply composites. Photos made from a set of other photos. As my professors have told me, photography is simply the business of illusion. Today I am going to show you how to create a beautiful looking "Windows XP" type landscape from two simple images. I spent several months trying to find locations to photograph landscapes that consisted of perfect skies, hills, and grass, but only recently realized after looking closely at these certain types of lanscapes that many of them aren't what I call
"as shot".
