  • It just does not get better than Ryron, Rener, and Ralek teaching Jiu-Jitsu. Amazing teachers and amazing people.

  • does this often get switched into an armbar, jsut sorta looks u could achieve the armbar much earlier on with quick movement of the leg? i'm prob rong but just looks that might be a bit easier as u alrdy have the arm and when going for the choke may ease up?

  • They know you wanna choke em. you know you wanna choke em but they don't want to get choked :|

  • Love this guys enthusiasm n energy

  • So use your head as a third arm here. Boom.

  • Both these guys teach with such great positivity and energy. U guys make bjj truly what it is. Thanks for the great tech. I use this technique all the time successfully but the little bits like jumping the arm is going to make it so much more deadly.

  • Rener Gracie.....you are a nasty instructor and you share your stuff....the martial way..OSU! never lose it bro...you the man....props

  • @tydaguy That is true! if you really want to learn newaza (groundbattle) then you can consider to begin train judo if you have such a school close! :)

  • Just love the energi of rener! :D He is an amazing creature lol :D I wish i could spar with him everyday :D

  • I wish I could find a BJJ school around here.....I highly doubt Im going to get much better just watching these videos lol. But useful nonetheless
