Video I put together from training for the Day with Anthony around Rochford.
Working on contolling movements in limited spaces and working on body control in general. I hope it gives you some ideas for training.

Movement is essential for life. Through discipline and training we can control our body and mind.

  • Nice training vid. Good to see this sort of training, looking at different ways of moving through obstacles to become more accustomed to ways that seem unnatural to us, if you get my meaning.

    Sick arm strength on the handstand jump things too.

  • do u get told off if u parkour outside the train station exit coz i live in rochford right next to the req and i thought bout parkourin on those slopes coz theres so many gaps to jump and vault but i coudnt be bothered to get in trouble.
