Sorry buddy, that's bullshit that "neither governing power holds the moral high ground." That's not the same as saying one side has commited all the crimes and the other has never committed crimes, but again, in the Israelis go after those who target civilians, don't wage the war against them, and as a policy do not advocate the annihilation of the other side. The same cannot be said for the Palestinians by and large.

If they weren't prosecuted, it means they never targeted any of the civilians. Whatever may have happened would have been going after terrorists who were using human shields even then. Because Israel has many times prosecuted its own for killing civilians. I ask you again, show me when Hamas has ever done that.

Menachem Begin was the founder of Irgun and lead it during some of it's most horrific bombings and massacres during the British occupation up to Jewish independence. These people have never been prosecuted and have all served as Prime-Minister.

Where was the prosecution for Begin or Sharon, or Shamir? Ariel Sharon contracted a Lebanese militia that murdered over 3000 Palestinians in a refugee camp. Yitzhak Shamir was a member of the Irgun militia, which was recognized as the largest terrorist organization in Palestine pre-independence. He was then leader of it under Lehi.
