I often associate frenzy with madness and other sort of negativity. In this context however, it could very well be the excitement of it.
It is certainly an engaging track, and I definitely like how this track starts off with a calm tone (which to say, is the total opposite of the title), as well as ending it in a similar stance.

The As/Hi Group certainly did a splendid job arranging this theme. Listening to this brought a smile to my face, and I hope it would do the same to you as well.
