Hey John, love the way you enumerate your thoughts. If you're interested in better speaking skills, seek out a group called "Toastmasters". Great group, try it out, see how it works for you. I was introduced to them through my old boss, and my speech has improved a great deal since my first meeting.
And remember, self-improvement is not a painless process. It's a painful, burdensome, and miserable business... but nothing worth doing is ever easy. :) *hug*

the fact that you do the after action revue is going to increase your skill set exponentially and your faith will also be a very powerful weapon i would hire you but i don't intend on getting married again for the rest of my life nice video i love what your doing keep it up it is inspiring.
