Obviously he didnt say that he was gonna kill her because they dropped that, and obviously they didnt believe her story because if they did then he would be in jail right now. They dont have enough evidence to prove that that happened. Assault is when you hit a person right? Well from what i know she also threw some punches and scratches too. If he really bit her fingers then wouldn't the police have took pics of her fingers, and other ''bruised'' parts of her body?
