He probably meant on the international level. Yes sure all the players in the video are better than anyone commenting on this youtube page however when comparing the teams to top international talent at the time most of the teams you just listed are subpar

(s2k, dz, evenflow, 2d cyberglobe, a5, nerve) the rest are against good teams.

Texas Area Untouchables, Forsaken, Evenflow, 2D, Cyberglobe, Mouz, NoA, A5, s2k, Deadzone, 3D, Weekend Warriors

Nerve, Rsports or TSG considered "sub par"?
