  • Why so much hate on Jackson???? Sure I agree that Faulk was an all-round better player and so was Dickerson. But give credit where it's due. Jackson is a great running back, and is very consistent.

  • @Synicaalescape Steven Jackson may not be as elusive as Faulk and Dickerson but he's put his heart out into this team when the Rams were facing disappointing seasons. Sure that isn't Hall of Fame material in the eyes of the NFL but it's a legacy to remember putting out consecutive 1000-yd seasons and proving himself to be a team leader dedicated to putting all his power into this team to rise back from the ashes.

1 sec ago Oh yeah, I know. What I perhaps should have written is that Jackson would deserve to be mentioned with E.D. and Faulk regarding achievements over an entire NFL career. Beg your pardon on that. One can't deny what this guy has meant to Rams as he prepares to notch his sixth 1,000-yard rushing season. When it comes to great Ram running backs, I also think of Lawrence McCutcheon (5 Pro Bowls in some of the glory years).

  • @7747jc He passed Eric Dickerson about two months ago

  • If Jackson reaches the 10,000-yard mark as a rusher, he'll deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as E.D. and Faulk. That's not to say I don't appreciate his contributions; he's a very good runner and receiver.

  • Great RBs, for sure! Two HOFs, NFL record setting Rams, plus a third one still in progress. Thanks for the video Y1.

  • Jackson is good, but please don't tell me you think he is anywhere the same class as Faulk and Dickerson.
