a commercial license in California means you are held to higher standard then the 4 wheelers. Hell i a have been pulled over more times then I can count in the last 7 years since I have had my CDL and I have been issued only warnings, apparently a CDL also means you get off easy with a warning, LOL I am not complaining! but if you get a major violation such as a accident your screwed!

He drove on a road that had trucks banned, thats reckless negligence. He knew the risks, and did it anyway, he should be going to jail, hate to say it. The two people he killed are never coming back because of his bad judgement.
