"glaring proof." god. goodbye fools, i'm out of this shitforbrain fest.

Where did I claim that I was "falling for the preacher boy"? I'm debating your claims here, not any particular candidate.
LOL, and the fact that you miss this is glaring proof of what I'm implying.

who the fuck are you to imply i'm not thinking? you are the one falling for the preacher boy.

Bradley is right on

"transform our sense of what is possible." what superficial bullshit. LISTEN UP: What inspires the wise person in the first place is the EXAMPLE and leadership of someone who is EXPERIENCED, TRIED AND TESTED, TOUGH, and WISE, NOT someone who is good at black preacher-toned speeches. And "reflects the light back on the people." Shame on Bradley.

PBS you should know being the best news station that Mike Gravel is the only candidate for real change. Obama will not empower the people like the NID will do. You will actually have voting power. What you feel does not always equal reality. Mike Gravel 2008!
I was a big supporter of Bill Bradley when he ran for president in 2000. He was a much more thoughtful and broad-based candidate than Al Gore. But like the Clintons, Gore is a notorious negative winner-take-all at all costs campaigner. And the Clintons were no fan of Bradley because he actually voted with his own heart and intellect over the Clintons at different times. I am not surprised that Bradley is now a top advisor to Obama, another voice of intelligence, compassion and change.

GWB was sold as someone "experienced, tried and tested, tough, and wise" ("He was Governor of Texas, and reformed crime/education!"...."He owned a baseball team!"...)
How's that been working out for the US?
Oratory can and does inspire, be they "black preacher-toned" or not.
Think of FDR's "The only thing we have to fear..."
Think of JFK's "Ask not..."
Think of Reagan's "Shining City Upon A Hill"....
For God's sake, just THINK.
