Black and Blanche, two hot-tempered cops, are the leaders and only apparent members of an elite special law enforcement unit known as the Samurai Cops. They abide by a seemingly made-up code of conduct which appears to be a misinformed combination of Bushido and some form of North American Law Enforcement.
Captains Black and Blanche must confront Sum Wan, a friend-turned-enemy from their distant past, and diffuse his diabolical plot to wipe out the entire western seaboard as a desperate plea for attention. Sum Wan joins forces with the notorious ninja-pimp, Bagaboo Jones III Esquire, also responsible for the death of Captain Blanche's wife not but three years ago.
Join Black and Blanche as they travel the world and sky dive out of airplanes and shoot the bad guys and slash one of them in the chest at a missile silo at the end.
