    Elated I came across this film. Really enjoy Youtube for this kind of info...

    My cousin was formerly bullied. He explained he was planning to get bigger. I laughed at him. I didn't think he would.... Until he gained 40 pounds of genuine muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (look in Google). He does not get bullied anymore. I subscribed the other day. See what goes on. And the guys emails are excellent...
