This is a compliation of some of his increditable skills. You learn the tricks you see him doing by ordering his Instructional DVD Extreme Bo Tricking from http://www.blacknbluevideo.com
fun to watch, but this has nothing to do with bojutsu. correct technique requires that feet, large muscles and waza work in relation to each other. this guy is out of synch ... more like a majorette twirling a baton.
my suggestion is, if you want to become a majorette this stuff is the way to go. But if you want to learn bojutsu, go to an authentic okinawan kobudo dojo.
I've known Nate Andrade literally since he was a "small child" [if you can call being 6 feet tall at the age of twelve!] in the art of Tai Chuan Tao. I am humbled and proud to see many of the moves that were taught in those days are still the foundation of what has made for many people to see "showtime"! I am honored that Nate lists me as one of his instructors and to see this video warms my heart! I am so proud of you!
i think the form was awesome but the music almost made it look like a circuis act (the 1st one)... i think that would have been way more effective if the music was darker or more intense
@gojuryukarateka I know it is not a traditional bo style, but that's what the competition is requiring these days.
