Hey! Firstly would like to say your hair is amazing and congratulations on the growth :-) My nape is also very short. The rest of my hair grows a totally different way to the nape. It grows well in braids or protective styles but as soon as it's relaxed it looks ok but then when NG appears it disappears...what do you use on your nape? Anything different to the rest of your hair or the usual? Thanks

You don't need to be mixed to grow hair. It will grow regardless. All you need it a low maintenace regimen that includes protein and daily moisturizing. Frequent washing and infrequent trims, maybe every 3-6 months take off 1/2 inch.

Why IS IT ALWAYS if a Black Woman has hair on her head she has to be mixed? wtf?! long hair is not exclusive to mixed raced Blacks or Non Black People. it's all about taking proper care of your hair..like diet..vitamins..a good shampoo, conditoner, ect..that's it..nothing special.
