@ashez2ashes Then why did Angels ratings go up for every new season? It was clearly more for guys and for older viewers. I think the whole dark Gothic love theme from the first three seasons really set the mood, and then it just stopped.

@scuffla I don't think it was the lack of angel that hurt the ratings. The show's themes were so intertwined with highschool and the metaphor of it being hell (literally and figuratively) that they didn't know what to do with it after the characters graduated.

@FriendsluvBuffyAngel but why? I mean, if you look at how much viewers the show lost after Angel left they should have just brought him back. Or simply ended Buffy's and Angel's shows to merge them into something new.

@NoVGAMING Same here. I never liked "Twilight," and I liked "Buffy" long before "Twilight" or any of those newer vampire shows were released.
