So my boy joelib67 just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but leaps over 8 inches taller! So he used the program over at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com and increased over 16 inches in his vertical leap!

Edit: if you're talking about the audio, then it's from the a Griffin special. The footage at the start is just a timeout from the Denver game. I just slowed it down to make it fit the audio.

Wow. Thanks for doing this for us Clipper fans. How did you get the game footage? Some online source? Or did you transfer it from your tv?

Most of it is from the Net. You just have to google and hope you find the games. ;)
Some guys I capture from my TV to Comp.
