Yes it is. Its total bullshit. NASA tested devices like this for years and there's no scientific proof they work. I've tried them ans it was a total rip. Its just a pair of strong magnets. Thet do nothing to the fuel, air or coolant. If you believe this crap, you're a fucking moron.
