I like Lahey Clinic but this place is too big which causes them not give a shit about you. I had this problem where I was billed for the wrong services rendered by the physician and apparently he put in the wrong code. Finally, I called and said I want to speak with the doctor directly so I can resolve the problem with him directly. Finally the called me back and said we're sorry you're right we screwed up. Bunch of brainless idiots work in billing at this hospital.
