I'm sure live lounge is all about people putting their own twist on a song, which is what Glasvegas do. I like it.

Actually, Ive just listened to it again without watching it and it's not as bad as my first hear but the chorous is pretty bad still.

I love Glasvegas and I love Amy Winehouse but this was not a good song for James' voice. It was almost painful to listen to. I'd love to hear them do a cover of Powderfinger's "Pick You Up" though. I reckon the vegas's vocals would be perfect for that.

I think the way they are doing it fits more for the lyrics, the original is too happy for the story it tells (she died a hundred times) but I can understand if the Amy Winehouse fans are going mad because it really different. I like this cover more than the original. Glasvegas is just GREAT.
