http://www.TailboneDoctor.com Patrick Foye, M.D., is a physician specializing in Pain Management, with particular expertise in treating Tailbone Pain without surgery.

A "vitamin E" capsule can be taped to the most painful spot, before MRI, so that when an MRI is done at the coccyx (tailbone) the radiologist and doctor can see how that painful site matches up with any abnormalities seen on the MRI.

  • Another typical symptom of tailbone problems might be the fact one gets a relief sitting on one side of the bottom ...

  • Great to be able to see such medical vids! I learn more than by seeing a doctor . I have to try to find a doc that's willing to do or prescribe an x-ray while sitting. Then I might try to find a clinic that tries a denervation - therefore I need an MRI of the tailbone ... I hope so much that the exact cause will be found soon! I'm suffering incredibly strong pain. Sometimes I even get the feeling of numbness when I'm sitting. The slightest movement on a chair increases the pain.
