One thing you could do is use fraps to record the screen while you play then do a picture in picture where the bottom right corner is the actual screen.

@Patashu Do you use any video editing software? Sony Vegas is what I use, it's very expensive but also very easy to pirate if you have any experience with that. Easy tutorial if you end up getting Vegas:
