i think all the haters hating on martin guitars are closed minded. taylors and martins are both top quality guitars. it just depends on which one you like better regarding sound, tone, etc.

its personal choice which guitar to chose...I feel as though martins have a lot more time consuming procces suring manufactuaring, as every step in the Martin factory is occupied by a person. On the other hand I feel as though taylors have a much more percise and quicker way to distribute guitar with less margin for error. I dont care...they are both top of the line profesional quality guitars

It cost a lot to engineer, design those machines and to maintain it too...quality wise, I think taylor can maintain a better consistency on each model.
