Hey I live in New Zealand and I haven't been able to find Heavy cream in any supermarkets, so does anyone know where I could buy it or know of any company that imports it.... I really want to make this recipe :)

@vanillabeano make it without the heavy cream. The filling will be pastry cream instead of creme legere but it will taste good as well.
Are you sure you can't find any type of cream? not even in a can?
